Motivating tasks and responsibilities

That was for the attitude. Now let's get down to business, so here's where we need you:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with our mission and values to promote our products and services.
  • Define the competitive landscape and track key competitors to analyze and evaluate the positioning of services offered. Identify market opportunities and make recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customer needs.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media management.
  • Collaborate with all internal teams to prioritize business needs and ensure they are addressed.
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Write various blog posts to ensure the outreach of our expertise.
  • Support the Human Resources team and implement HR marketing strategies.
  • Manage the CMS (Craft)
  • Manage marketing projects with our various external suppliers (including the management of the implementation of our website).
  • Implement relationship marketing strategies for our participation in various networking events
  • In the near future, set up and manage a marketing team.
  • All other related tasks

The essentials

And the things you should really have in your toolbox:

  • You have a university degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a marketing manager position under your tie and if it's in the technology field you win points.
  • Master of designing and implementing marketing strategies for highly technical products.
  • Project management is no longer a secret for you, that's perfect!
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both oral and written in French and English (required)
  • Ability to synthesize complex information
  • You are more adaptable than a chameleon and quicker than a lightning in the face of change
  • Knowledge of technology and the technology industry (again, you get points for this one)
  • Having a good sense of autonomy is ESSENTIAL!
