What is ExperienceStream?

How does it work?

  1. Customers stop by the ExperienceStream kiosk (or store tablet) on their way out to provide feedback about their in-store experience.
  2. The ExperienceStream system immediately analyzes the feedback.
  3. If a customer is unhappy, the system can print a coupon on the spot apologizing for the problem and providing a discount for a future purchase.
  4. The customer leaves the store feeling better and more likely to come back.
  5. The potential for negative online reviews is greatly reduced.
